This Privacy Policy explains what personal and health information Dktorakam collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Dktorakam mobile application, the dktorakam.app website, and all related services.

Health information is the most sensitive data most people ever provide. We treat it that way: we collect only what the service actually needs, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information You Give Us

- Account details: Name, phone number, email address, password, date of birth, gender, city, and profile photo.

- Verification: One-time SMS/email verification codes, and basic profile info returned when signing in with Google or Apple.

- Health information: Medical history, allergies, chronic conditions, medications, vaccinations, vitals, cycle and pregnancy entries, children's growth measurements, symptoms described, and uploaded documents/reports.

- Consultation content: Messages with your doctor, consultation summaries, digital prescriptions, and lab test orders.

- Family profiles: The same categories of health information for dependants you manage.

- Payment information: Amount, method, and status of transactions. Card and wallet credentials are submitted directly to secure payment gateways (we never store raw card numbers).

- Support & Community: Customer support messages, doctor reviews, public Q&A questions, and support group discussions.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

- Device and App data: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.

- Diagnostics: Anonymous crash reports and error logs to fix bugs and improve stability.

- Location data: Used only with your explicit permission to display nearby clinics, doctors, and laboratories.

- Push Tokens: Device tokens used to deliver appointment reminders, chat messages, and prescription updates.

3. Why We Use Your Information

- To create, secure, and verify your account.

- To enable booking, audio/video consultations, and clinic appointments.

- To provide your consulting doctor with clinical context for safe medical advice.

- To securely store and display your prescriptions, lab results, and health records.

- To process consultation payments and refunds.

- To send appointment reminders and essential service notifications.

- To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform.

- To comply with applicable legal and medical record-keeping standards.

We do NOT sell your personal or health data, and we do NOT share it with third-party advertisers.

4. Calls and Consultations

Video and voice consultations are conducted over secure, encrypted connections. We do not record consultation audio or video. Metadata (participants, duration, technical quality) is retained for billing and dispute resolution.

5. Security & Data Retention

- All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS encryption.

- Passwords are securely hashed.

- Shared documents (prescriptions/reports) use time-limited, revocable links.

- Medical records are retained in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can at any time:

- View, update, or correct your personal and health records in the app.

- Request an export of your personal data.

- Permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly inside the app Edit Profile → Delete Account).

- Revoke permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photos, Location, Notifications) in your device settings.
